Refund Policy

This policy covers payments for Creatpad subscriptions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, who handle refunds.

30-day refund

If Creatpad isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email hello@creatpad.com from your account's email address, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also go to paddle.net to find your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. After 30 days, payments for the current period aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.

Purchases from coaches

If you bought a session, program or product from a coach's site, that purchase is with the coach, not Creatpad. Please contact the coach about refunds.
